In this solo episode, Scott discusses whether or not it is beneficial for us, as Professional Speakers, to ever speak for free. There are a lot of things to consider when making this decision. It may or may not be beneficial to speak for free, but Scott gives you some things to consider whether or not it makes sense for you.

**In this episode, Scott talks about the possibility of “writing off” speaking for a non-profit as something that might factor into your decision. This may not qualify as a “donation” but it could be an “advertising” expense. As always, speak with your CPA to get guidance on decisions like this. Scott is a professional speaker and business coach…he is NOT a CPA.
